Mindspace Events & Exhibitions was born in Dubai 2002 and over the years has grown into a confident and aspiring event management company with ambition to always be better by adding value to our large list of clients. With 8 years of events management & exhibitions experience, we have delivered some 157 events and hosted over a quarter of a million guests across the spectrum of exhibitions, trade fairs, congresses, conferences, delivered from our offices in Dubai, GCC Countries, Singapore, London and Pan India.

By having all of our core services in-house, we benefit from clear lines of communication internally, ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for our clients. We have robust systems and processes in place to ensure our project management team is equipped to deal with the complex logistics that the management of large-scale events requires.
